Here is a module installation example for Spellchecker. Repeat the same steps on other modules listed.
$ mkdir modules
$ cd modules
$ git clone https://github.com/libindic/spellchecker.git
$ cd spellchecker
$ python setup.py install
Run the server
Now you can start libindic by running :
$ python silpa.py
If libindic was running during a module installation, you will need to restart the server by killing and running$ python silpa.py again.
Now that you are done with the setup , start looking for bugs or suggest any improvements that you feel can be done . If you find a bug that’s not documented, create an issue. If you find an issue that you want to work on, comment on it saying how you would proceed. In the end , “bugs do not choose coders, coders choose bugs!” . ( This was told to me by the same person who suggested me to write the blog 😀 )
